“Élan” belongs to that rare category of enigmatic compositions that gently disorient the senses, inviting the wearer to abandon the prescribed note pyramid and instead follow instinct and impression. It opens with a luminous interplay of sugary-tart apricot and peach, veiled in a delicate haze of smoked almond. The fruit carries a subtle, almost fermenting warmth—suggestive of sun-ripened flesh left just long enough to tip into indulgence, with a whisper of something illicit beneath the sweetness. Mimosa appears in exquisite form, rendered as fine golden pollen suspended in air, weightless and softly radiant. Jasmine, notably restrained, lingers behind the floral chorus—shy, diffused, and deliberately understated. The projection is confident and textured, with a richness that remains controlled rather than overwhelming. As the composition moves into its heart, a bouquet of golden florals emerges, led by an opulent frangipani whose creamy exuberance anchors the phase.
