Raw

I was really surprised when I read reviews on some perfume websites saying that it smells like a lawn mower… In reality, it’s a soft and fresh green-floral fragrance. At first, I get a very realistic scent of freshly cut, slightly damp grass. Then notes of aquatic-floral lotus and green violet emerge. A little later, jasmine appears – almost as if you were rubbing a tiny flower between your fingers. In the base, I don’t detect either cedar or incense. The fragrance remains green-floral all the way through, sitting close to the skin and creating a feeling of cleanliness and freshness. I think the character of this perfume is perfectly captured by a phrase I found on the RAW box: “In the shadow of bamboo, living a life of ease.” A calm, green, meditative fragrance. P.S. The design also deserves special attention, as every little detail has been thoughtfully considered. I start enjoying the perfume even before I get to spray it on my skin – when I open the elegant box and hold the bottle in my hands.
