a fantastic perfume. I am sure I bought this flacon (100mL Edt) and another still in the insanely over-the-top decorated box, full, bought them in the 1990s ! what I didn't realise then, and stayed sparse with using it, is that they now are present in a 260+ bottles of perfume (mostly always 100mL's, as I ALWAYS judge perfumes, even if read about them, 'FBW') Collection and that I only now, with almost 68 years of age, am realizing I have to use my perfumes, make an erratic tournament through the whole FLUIDUM of Collection, and I am not the only one here. they all come down to this: they are exceedingly strong hooker perfumes and also, mostly, exceedingly expensive. but even if they tend to be vulgar, I love that. I never forgot how this perfume smelled, and also had twice the Cobalt Blue Eggshaped 1oz30mL flacons. I have read that it was Madonna who advised Donatella and Gianni to put even more tuberose in it. and now the closest Twin perfume must be Madonna's Truth ot Dare. with of course Fracas. if I spritz twice, of a darkened Edt., the whole day I have this parfumosphere around me of a Present, Heady, Sultry, Intoxicating Tuberose. there are so many White Flowers in the perfume and after all this time it is the Tuberose that won. undoubtedly yet backed-up by Gardenia, Ylang, Narcissus, Pittosporum and then the hesperidic White Neroli plus a Bergamot. Civet (and White Musk) may have helped to give this perfume an Iron Backbone. what I only do not understand is why the Versaces never continue'd up on Blonde, V'E, more mature, rich, layered and Dead Pan Sexy and Gorgious but instead gave all kind of Variants on Fruity Flowery Insepid perfumes. Versace stands for Bling, Sex, Gold and Silver, Too Much ('Less is less, as far as I am concerned' Donatella Versace). yet THIS perfume STANDS as a classic. it is mesmerizingly beautiful and covets the melancolia of the Tubereuse in a splendiferous way. a feral, viper, Madison Ave way.
