Khair Felicity is basically what happens when champagne gets invited to a rose garden and everyone shows up dressed for a very glamorous scandal. It’s so sparkling, flirtatious, and slightly overachieving that a plain review would simply be rude — this perfume clearly demanded a sonnet, preferably with a balcony, a moonlight cue, and at least one dramatic sigh.
