Alien Eau De Parfum

Review of the 2005 edition. Sensual. Intoxicating. Feminine. Jasmine in a creamy, captivating form. Indolic only to the extent that it enhances sensuality, avoiding overtly animalic or suffocating facets. The entire composition is smooth, seductive, and elegant—a beautiful classic. Longevity lasts throughout the day with very good projection. My vintage version never overwhelmed with its sillage, instead keeping it beautifully perceptible. A true pleasure and caress to wear.

The composition combines jasmine, cashmere wood and amber, and is clearly aimed at those who favour stronger, more expressive fragrance profiles. It is creamy and dense, yet linear, with little evolution over the course of wear. The scent projects well and lasts on the skin for around eight hours. Some love it for its magnetism and character, while others dislike it because of its intensity.
