that a perfume with so few notes given, can present such voluptuous, richly facettuous fragrance. deeply moving and with such gentle development. now I seem to be forced to recognise it is the White Musk I am yet smelling. the scent of Softness, Dewy Skin, Powderiness, Morning Air, Laundry hanging on the line. now I am surely inclined to perceive finally the White Musk scent so abundantly flowing within this perfume. after Fifty Years (truly: from 1974 to 2026) I always stated I never smelled White Musks. and part of it must be true. each time I tried Narciso Rodriguez's 'For Her' or a Flanker, I litterally smelled nothing. Alyssa Ashley's White Musk: nothing. (I always chose from her 'perfume organ' in the shop the Densestesest and Darkesestest. [for instance in her London Shop in 1977 when Laura Ashley's, Billowing Little Flower-dresses were da thang.] ) I am anosmic to the most Aroma Chemical Molecules or Synthetic Compounds. no Escentric Molecules for me. but it is with this refined parfum des Mesdames I am convinced the White Cloudiness and Fluffiness I am smelling is this 'White Musk', that and the Freesias and of course, Roses. the Praline-Accord luckily stays abstract. it shall give some soft Chocolatey Vibe. yet predominantly this 'Histoire de Femme Sensuelle' superimposes upon me that old Template that have filled my Heart since 1974: that of the Feminine, Flowery, Powdery perfume. me, half of a Boy-Twin my brother a Straight Man, I am (thus) the Queer (or Queen) who certainly never feels like HIMself would I ever wear a Gentleman's scent. on my Twin Brother: yes. Creed's Bois du Portugal, Santa Maria Novella's Peau d'Espagne, Giorgio for Men, Creed's Royal Mayfair. in fact he wore the male penchants to the Bombastic, Dramatic, Hysteric, Rose- Jasmine-, Mimosa-, Ylang-, Tuberose-, Pittosporum etcetera etcetera Feminine perfumes I w(h)ore (here once someone corrected me that it was misspelled and showed me the right grammar whereupon I showed him an Alternative as to how I always w(h)ore Poison, Obsession, Giorgio, Coco). this perfume immediately won me over. Mauboussin 'Classic' was always in my Collection. 'a Fabulous Perfume!!'
