jaguarundina 03/26/25 01:29 this is a fantastic perfume. I view this perfume on its own, not so much as a flanker. I also have ['Iris Intense']. this perfume is as delicate as it is present and aplomb. yet all its ingredients can be smelled and be picked out. I am glad that from the perfume I bought a back-up. as I am flower-oriented what I smell predominantly are the Iris, Heliotrope (very), Jasmine and Orangeblossom. then of course the Vanilla. for the base I detect the Benzoin, Patchouli and Sandelwood. to mention these all separately will say that I do smell them each in their own right. but here they also made a well blended, rounded perfume. Raspberry, Pink Pepper and Bergamot are also sensible. (scentsible) in its whole, this perfume embodies feminine sophistication and forms a chique 'Toiletterie des Dames'. and about 'flankerism'. this Edition then retrogradually defines the Original but also again, all the previous and next 'Flankers', and vice versa. I feel this is a Classic Perfume in its own right. the powderiness of Heliotrope is felt throughout the perfume. the White Flowers lend their friskiness but also indoles and throw them in the magical potion to appear then such and then so. this is the alchemy of perfume. Iris gives the 'coldening' Chic and Détâchement. of course from Vanilla and Benzoin we get an almost micro-granular fragrance provenance. in its whole La Vie Est Belle Intensément is a unique addition to the line but also stands separately as a Modern Classic perfume.
