White Shoulders
White Shoulders is a classic floral aldehyde fragrance for women, celebrated as a pioneer of American perfumery. Created by Dr. Baron Walter Langer von Langendorff for his wife, Evelyn Diane, it was launched in 1945 (some sources cite 1943 or 1949) under the house of Evyan. The scent was designed to prove that a high-quality, luxury perfume could be crafted entirely in the United States without French affiliation.
