Diamonds And Emeralds

Diamonds And Emeralds

Elizabeth Taylor
Year: 1993
Country: USA

Designed to evoke the opulence of Taylor’s famous jewelry collection, resulted in a scent that is creamy, sweet, and distinctly "90s glamour." A lush, white floral fragrance with a heavy fruity-oriental lean, frequently praised for its old-school maturity and high-quality ingredients.

All 4 of the original gem perfumes (Rubies, Diamonds, Emeralds & Sapphires) smell pretty much exactly like each other with nuances of one thing or another. Emeralds tries to be a soft, sweet, green floral with velvety pep but smells more of an almost-mint tea & oudy skin. Too muddy with ingredients, too similar to the other 3. Might smell better in time but Passion wins hands down over this as a much nicer profile, kinder to my nose. 3.5/10 The pros & cons listed online are accurate.
