Mine is near expired but that glorious, powdery sweetness is still on point. Past the old-sugar note which fades fast, there is a baby powder softness and gentle sweet tones that makes this perfume stand the test of time and is the reason why it was re-released decades later.

California for Women is a classic floral aldehyde fragrance known for its bright and clean aroma. Owned by Dana in collaboration with Max Factor cosmetics, this version of the original formula and Dana's re-release of California had only minor changes in bottle size, cap color and the addition of Lavender and Vanilla to the mix.
