Review of Parisienne by Marta Regina Jabłońska

The opening is seductive: vivid, sweet, juicy fruits and intoxicating berries, so ripe that at moments they even take on the syrupy sweetness of ripe banana flesh. Then the florals come forward, with rose being the most prominent to my nose. Although sweet, it feels more flirtatious than noir. The base is subtly powdery, smooth, and delicate. The iconic vinyl accord remains rather abstract to me. Perhaps I find it more in the overall impression of rebelliousness, cheekiness, and frivolity that runs through the fragrance. Longevity and sillage are moderate. The bottle is minimalist and pretty, though it lacks the captivating charm of the original.
