Review of Black Opium Eau de Parfum by Marta Regina Jabłońska

Sweet, aromatic coffee with a hint of vanilla. More like a dessert than freshly ground beans or brewed espresso. Very rounded, smooth. It carries a sweetness that’s just slightly heavier in tone than typical dessert gourmand fragrances. Strongly rooted in the mainstream of the genre. Black Opium was the first to kick off an era of many similar flankers. Today it’s a flanker that has given rise to so many subsequent versions that it can essentially be considered a classic in its own right.
