Perfume is art. We all know that. But some creations are more focused on sounding exotic and appealing than on lingering with the skin, speaking without sound, and connecting to the soul and memory. This scent we have here awakened my memory. The clean, soapy and energetic citrusy opening is bubbly, bursting in your face (in a nice way). I smell a little bit of apple and salt. Then there is a cedar somewhere, but to me it smells like a spruce ambroxan. This flanker is sweet and citrusy at the same time, because of the rich sleekness and pulchritude it creates on the skin. You want to get closer, taste it, or even drink it. The original version, created by Alberto Morillas, is citrusy and relatively sharp (but still beautiful). The Pool Edition takes a leap of faith and brings the solar feeling of salt, sweet bitterness of fresh citrusy fruits, and the robust presence of cedar and "ground" accords. I couldn't find any information regarding the master perfumer behind this work of art. However, regardless of the names, this fantastic EDT is here to show how cool a pool can be. Ridiculously fresh. Inevitably Tommy.
