Review of The Lost Mallow Extrait de Parfum by Sarah Chabal

Oh wow is this ever perfect for me! It’s the most gorgeous, sweet, gooey marshmallow scent! It’s definitely more of a gooey roasted marshmallow as opposed to a soft, powdery, and fluffy marshmallow, and I’ve actually been searching for the perfect gooey fire roasted marshmallow scent, and this one is nailing it! It’s the closest thing that I’ve ever smelled to B&BW Marshmallow Fireside, and I’ve been looking for that scent in a perfume and body care for years now! It’s also got a lovely warm and woody depth to it from the amber and woodsy notes, and a sensual feel from the vanilla. It’s such a sweet, sensual, charming, delicious cozy, and comforting scent! I just pulled out my Marshmallow Fireside candle and wow yep they’re almost identical! I checked the notes, and they share the same 4 notes too! The biggest difference that Im getting is that Marshmallow Fireside is more smoky smelling while Lost Mallow is more straight gooey marshmallow with woody notes, but not smoke. This is the 2nd perfume from Siren Alchemy that I’ve tried, and I’m honestly completely obsessed with both of them (the other being Melinoë The Dark). I’d received both decants with a swap for Fugazzi Vanilla Haze, and finally just tried them. Honestly, I love both of these just as much as I love Vanilla Haze! I’m absolutely ordering the 1.7oz bottles of both at the end of the month, I cannot wait! Now I’m extremely curious about what else this brand has to offer considering that the 2 I’ve tried just completely blew me away. To me, this feels more feminine, and suitable for women of any age. I think This works best during the fall and winter because of its sweet woodiness, coziness, and comforting vibe. I think it’s suitable for any occasion from casual to fancy, including work/school. I get excellent performance with Lost Mallow. The longevity is amazing, it lasts throughout the entire day on me. The projection is fantastic, just 1 spray radiates out at least a few feet from me.
