Sometimes, quite unexpectedly, an object, an event, a taste, a sound, or a scent can bring back memories we have not thought about for years. This fragrance did exactly that to me. The very first encounter transported me back to the carefree, joyful, gently sunlit days of spring or early summer in the 2000s. Fresh, delicately floral, and clean, it is free from excessive sweetness, indolic nuances, detergent-like sharpness, or any of the other accords that can sometimes weigh down fragrances of this kind.
