Review of Honor & Glory by Marta Regina Jabłońska

Pineapple dominates the opening of this composition, leaving the crème brûlée notes as background accents. It quickly intertwines with spicy accords, the sharpness of turmeric, and pepper’s pungent edge. Combined with the tartness of pineapple, this creates an impression that at times is almost reminiscent of pickled vegetables. The fragrance then settles into a skin scent, becoming smoother and slightly creamier. However, I do not sense the titular “glory” here. Both projection and longevity are rather average, much like the fragrance itself. A middle-of-the-road gourmand.
