I Don't Need A Prince By My Side To Be A Princess

This is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely one of my very favorite perfumes! On me it opens with the kick of a fresh spicy ginger note that joins a fresh green tea note. The dry down is really so delicious as the sweet, fluffy, and powdery marshmallow joins the ginger and green tea. It’s a sophisticated marshmallow fragrance that has a delicate feel while also being both simple yet complex. This is such a beautiful, sweet, chic, elegant, flirty, charming, whimsical, and delightful scent. The ginger helps give it a cozy and comforting vibe too. This is easily in my top 5 favorite fragrances, and I’m completely obsessed with it. I absolutely adore marshmallow notes, and for me this is one of the best along with LDBS and Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow. Kilian really does nail it with their marshmallow fragrances. I do really love Kilian perfumes, and along with Princess also own LDBS, Sunkissed Goddess, and Angel’s Share. To me this feels feminine, and easily suitable for women of all ages. I think this actually works wonderfully throughout the entire year because it’s sweet and cozy enough for fall and winter, but delicate enough for spring and summer. This is fitting for all occasions too, everything from casual to fancy, including work/school. Princess would even make a fabulous signature scent, and along with my other top favorites, I consider it one of mine (yes, I think you can have more than one, for me they’re my most worn perfumes, and include Princess, LDBS, Yum Boujee Marshmallow, Vanilla 28, and Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar). I get great performance with Princess. The longevity is strong, it lasts 8+ hours on my skin. The projection is more on the moderate side, it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. I think I got my bottle for a pretty good value. I bought a fragrance sampler set from Sephora about a year ago for around $95, and redeemed my certificate for a 50ml bottle of Princess (plus I still had the 18 or so samples that came in the set). Ultimately, I got it for over $50 off of the regular retail price directly from Sephora, so not bad imo.
