Bois De Oud

this is a refined perfume, sending out waves of virtuose concipiation and sophistication. what kind of man Karl Lagerfeld was, minus his vitriolic tongue (which made it all amusing and unbland). the perfume is primarily woody but in a rather striated way, layer for layer. it is an Oud perfume probably without Oud but that matters not in the slightest. the refinement defines the perfume with 'Oud', Vetiver, Pepper, Cashmeran, Patchouli & brilliantly, Dates. and yes this all summons a very Chic Leather perfume, as the Maison Goyard Bagagerie with which Karl Lagerfeld traveled (alongside Sebastien Jondeau). a subtle, retrieving but unmistakable athmosphere of Luxe and Experience. this is what this perfume (Edt) conjures up in me.
