A unique, complex, mysterious, sensual, sophisticated, luxurious, and rather glamorous fragrance. The opening has an interesting and well balanced mix of bright and sweet mandarin and spicy pink pepper. The beautiful purple florals soften things up and add a lovely feminine touch. The patchouli and amber add a warm and golden spicy warmth. I bought this fragrance back in 2011 when it first launched when I was 23. I wanted something that was elegant, classy, and feminine with a touch of glamour that would make me feel put together and grown up. I only ended up wearing it for a short while though. Not because it’s a bad fragrance, but just because it wasn’t me. I was still trying to figure out what “me” was in fragrances back then. I still have my bottle to this day though and I do like to smell it from time to time. It is lovely, but still not me. Now at 36 I’ve discovered that I prefer beachy/coconut, vanilla, gourmand, and woody florals fragrances for myself. I get excellent performance with Gucci Guilty Intense. It has great longevity… it lasts the entire day, and I can still smell it the next morning on myself. The projection is very good too, it radiates out a few feet from me. Also, a little goes a long way, so it makes this a better value for the price.
