However, the true sophistication lies in the base. Akigalawood takes center stage here; it’s a woody signature that isn't heavy or dated, but airy, mineral, and exceptionally long-lasting. On my skin, Bois Impérial doesn't behave like a typical perfume, but rather like an aura. It doesn't overwhelm the room; instead, it subtly announces your presence. Its strength lies in its longevity ,even after a long day, that refined trail of wood and vetiver remains present, consistent, and incredibly clean.
