The fragrance opens with a light, refreshing scent of the sea. It's a crisp citrus note with a mineral-rich transparency, and a salty aroma that bursts forth like a light spice. The base notes feature the clean, distinctive scent of pine, creating a refined impression reminiscent of waves and a fleeting moment. While many marine (mineral) notes attempt to depict "the sea itself," this fragrance is unique in that it paints the image of "a view from a seaside terrace." Coconut provides a subtle nuance, supporting the salty notes. While the fragrance composition suggests a clean and refreshing scent, the overall impression evokes gentle waves and a moment of pleasantly enjoying the scent of the sea. Gradually, a subtle green of lantisque and a balsamic depth emerge, but the overall impression remains gentle. Although I have never visited the legendary luxury hotel "Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc," I can sense the gentle waves, sea breeze, and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The waves, the tide, and even the surrounding space all seem to be in harmony, calming the minds of those relaxing at the hotel. The impression of transparency is distinctly Dior-esque, adding a touch of elegance. As time passes, a salty scent is accompanied by the sweetness of coconut. It's reminiscent of the Coppertone fragrance. However, this isn't immediately noticeable; it's more of a subtle lingering scent at the end of the day. The unique aspect is that it's a delicate sweetness that subtly emerges, like a base for the sea breeze.
