this is the softest Tubéreuse perfume. that I never reviewed it while it is already from off 2000 in my Collection. I have always loved it. then there was a window in time that I bought all the Creed Legendary Floral perfumes and it seems I did a good thing with that. all these Flower perfumes are so Rich and Opulent and Classic. suddenly those white boxes with coloured Ovals as in the old Christian Dior Boxes for perfumes, yet with still more Nobility and Exquiseness. I remember I considered all those perfumes a true Treasure Trove of Himmlischen Perfumes with Old-fashioned Allure. only to be compared to Chanel, Dior and to a lesser extent: Guerlain. there were Four Top perfumes: Fleurs de Bulgarie, Irisia, Jasmal (of which I bought a Decant) and Jasmine Impératrice Eugénie. these were all Nebulous, Amazonian, Junglist Opulent, Hyper Floral perfumes. with ingrained English Class. (all the other fucking English Brands didn't amused me.) Royal Delight, Vanisia, Tubéreuse Indiana, Fantasia de Fleurs and for my Straight twinbrother Bois du Portugal, Royal Mayfair, Tabarome, Royal Oud. this was a Heavenly Collection of which I bought Back-Ups for Fleurs de Bulgarie and Irisia. Tubereuse Indiana at once found a place in my Heart. with all these opulent perfumes I believe it is the Ambergris that lend them an Otherworldliness, Timelessness and Splendour. this is a Tubéreuse perfume as you never smelled. I would certainly say I detect Truly Tubéreuse but with Wood, Tabac, indeed the Vanilla. whereas I certainly always smell Bergamot in Creed perfumes (and in Versace and Chanel) here it is too macerated away into a full fledged Grape Riessling Gewürztraminer Quality which elevated beyond the fully ripened perfume in vitro. the Tubéreuse is not as in Carnal Flower nor Tubéreuse Criminelle but her Softness and Petalic Delicacy comes full to the fore. Creeds expert and microTweaking Qualities are Brilliantly executed here.
