This is a very noble and elegant fragrance. There is even something regal and aristocratic about it. At first, I get a burst of juicy, tart red berries that remind me of a fine, expensive wine, accompanied by a subtle hint of spicy bergamot. On my skin, the heart notes pass almost unnoticed, and the base reveals itself quite quickly. I get a powdery, velvety leather accord and oud, which opens with a woody character before becoming more balsamic. It is never suffocating or aggressive; instead, it reminds me of vintage wooden armchairs with soft upholstery. Despite being an extrait, the fragrance wears very comfortably and creates a sense of calm. It leans more masculine than unisex, but that does not stop me from wearing it from time to time. On my skin, it never feels harsh or overly masculine. P.S. I am always cautious when trying oud fragrances, but this one genuinely impressed me. Ever since, the combination of red berries or fruits with oud has always sparked my curiosity.
