To me, Blanc Polychrome is an ode to the fresh, juicy lemon. It captures every aromatic facet of the fruit. The opening, with its lemon and rhubarb notes, captures the exact moment a lemon is cut in half, sending tiny droplets of juice into the air. In the heart, jasmine petals and fig leaf create the impression of the slightly bitter lemon peel being carefully sliced away with a knife. As the fragrance settles, lavender, ambroxan, and musk make it warmer, cleaner, and softer, like the juicy flesh of the lemon itself. It quickly becomes a skin scent, and the longevity is moderate. Fresh, cool, green, and slightly sharp at first, it gradually becomes cleaner, warmer, and much softer. A true unisex fragrance. It feels especially refreshing in summer, while in winter it becomes almost icy.🍋🧊
