A fragrance you don’t need a master’s degree from ISIPCA to describe well. The opening is fresh, with tart blackcurrant and bergamot. After a while, however, the scent becomes sweeter, jasmine appears, ripe, rich, and intensified by vanilla. In the dry down, the vanilla blends with woody accords, turning velvety and very comforting. This fragrance reminds me of late June and the beginning of the summer holidays in Poland. I’m sitting on my grandmother’s porch, enjoying a slice of pleśniak (a crumbly cake with fluffy vanilla foam and blackcurrant jam) while the air is filled with the scent of blooming jasmine. Longevity is around six hours, with good projection, you can smell it throughout the house. For me, it works best in winter, as in summer it can feel a bit overwhelming.
